When we focus on the things we are grateful for, the universe brings even more for us to feel that way towards.

the gratitude challenge I did in November 2016 was a pivotal point for me.
It Kickstarted so much and mind blowing events fell into place which were in complete contradiction to the negative ideas and beliefs being projected onto me for the years leading up to then.
A man I lived with said I'd never find a place to live, nor a man to love me due to the many dogs. well my spirit mom showed up, & not only did she let me live in a beautiful home, she also gifted the dogs spay and neuter visits over the course of Xmas and Bdays for the following years.
I would also note that the addition of puppies came to a halt the moment he was gone..
which is also the reason I was able to leave without insanity attached, like attempts of prior years when he did things such as driving me off the road, only after flying to catch up and slamming into the rear end of the car. That was a surprise I didn't see coming and was probably going 45mph.
Not long after the car was taken away for "repairing" but months passed, which became years, & he said it was in shop. The radio was his last excuse of the hold up.
I found out he sold it without my knowledge, despite my having the title in my name. I mentioned that upon seeing in a parking lot we were at when his state cop friend pulled in blasting the radio..
he said who do you think they will believe? and honestly I wouldn't have done anything anyway because it's not worth it sometimes.
4 years we lived in a basement without any insulation, nothing in it was finished proper. The items in it were actual trash. A chair with no cushion and holes on arms, stove and microwave came from the junk yard.
A thin carpet covered a portion of the broken up & many missing brick color tiles. With glue covered cement spread about.
If vacuumed it would often catch strings and tear a few more inches off the jagged edges the kitchen part had tiles progressively chipped more every year.
The black mold was down there from time of flooding.
My first year when spring and summer hit I slept outside in lawn chairs at night because I couldn't breathe.
I'm allergic to mold and black mold is extremely toxic to anyone.
His response, hooked up a AC to the other side of basement which was the area with worst amount of mold and water damage as the water heater was right there.
His mother was going bald & wore a wig, they all had signs of toxic mold exposure and rather than they listen Or do something about that.
I had to adapt . Luckily I did and Munay ki is what I believe made that possible.
Once the 7th rite was done I never had a Migraine headache again. I didn't have severe reaction to the mold like the first year.
I've not taken any type of cough medication or flu/allergy meds since 2016.
I used to get severe stomach problems regularly like daily sometimes and now it's occasionally. like maybe 1 every 4 months.
Still not as bad as they were in early years.
finally he was sent to jail which had been a long drawn out years leading to that time, and finally I knew I could leave and have my life back.
A few weeks after, my dad was released from jail which was helpful for me to not have to do it all alone and offered me opportunity to work through stuff that result when parents split up.
I hadn't lived with him since age 4. He was an alcoholic in and out of jail most of my childhood, and mom had her own set of things to cope with.
I did realize prior to moving to the basement which was supposed to only be a 2 week top time, that he and my Mom had a lot more in common
since then I understand even more of the connections and reasons or concepts we can find ourselves in if we just don't know any better and nobody is there to show us.
We need to do the research and discover and the work and healing after.
which is a work In progress and takes time but Gratitude was the least likely thing for me to naturally gravitate towards In that environment.
However, being desperate to change and hearing the results of others gratitude work prompted me to give it a shot. it was fast and has done amazing things for me at other times too.
air to breath food to eat songs to sing or dance friends pets bed clothes clouds trees wisdom books community strength lessons power health wealth passion etc.
